The flat
The whole studio is yours: one bed, one bathroom, room for two guests. Recently built, bright and quiet, with a big terrace and its own fenced backyard. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a proper desk. Entry is by keypad code — no key handover, so you can arrive late without arranging anything with me.
Where it is
Prague 9 – Letňany. Five minutes on foot to metro Letňany (line C), then about 20 minutes straight to the centre with no changes. Supermarket and a shopping centre within walking distance. The exact address is sent together with your confirmation.

How booking works
- You send the request — nothing is charged and nothing is committed yet.
- We check the dates and reply by email, usually within half an hour.
- To confirm, a 30% deposit is paid — either by card via a payment link we send you, or by bank transfer using the enclosed Czech QR code, whichever you prefer.
- The balance is due before arrival. The address and your personal door code arrive with the confirmation.
Card details are never entered on this site: the card option is a Revolut payment link, and the transfer option is an ordinary payment to a Czech account. If you would prefer not to pay in advance at all, please write to us and we will find a solution.
Parking
The building has a private garage space, available on request for 79 Kč per night — request it in the form and we will reserve it for you. Worth taking if you are arriving by car: the surrounding streets are paid resident zones and are almost always full.

Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are refunded in full. Within 14 days the deposit is retained and the balance is not charged. Should we ever have to cancel, everything is refunded. Without a deposit no booking is made — the dates are released after 48 hours.
